Holler & Dash Biscuit House is a fast-casual restaurant concept with a chef-inspired menu. Their unique entrée-sized biscuits with names like the Kickback Chicken and Pork Rambler are slowly making their mark across the southeast.

Our Approach

Keep It Real, Keep It Delicious

To understand the brand, we needed to see and taste for ourselves what Holler & Dash was about. We hit the road to visit their locations and meet with their people, get hands on experience, and, of course, sample the food. Along the way, we did our research, tried the competition, chatted with customers, and used these insights to create a marketing plan.

The Holler & Dash story is rooted in a relationship with food and the importance of their people and partners in creating an experience for the customer. Our strategy included highlighting those stories that promoted the team, partners, local events, outreach and special offerings.

When it was time to open new locations we sought to engage the local community, and social influencers with events, invitations, emails and specially created items.
